Do I need WhatsApp Business?+
Yes. Wati requires a Meta-approved WhatsApp Business account. The skill handles the API — you handle the account setup.

From 1 October 2026 every free-text (non-template) reply you send inside the 24-hour customer service window is billed as a service message — a cost category that did not exist before.
