How to get a refund

Email hello@agentkitworks.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of purchase. Say "refund" — that's the whole process. You don't have to explain why, and we won't ask.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within one business day of the request. Your bank may take a further 5–10 days to show it.

You keep the files

We don't ask you to delete anything, and we can't un-send a download. That's deliberate: if the work is good, a refund window costs us nothing, and if it isn't, holding your money hostage is not a business we want to run.

After 30 days

The guarantee window closes, but the conversation doesn't. If a kit is broken, out of date, or doesn't do what its page said, email us regardless of when you bought it and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund it.

Repeat refunds

We reserve the right to decline a refund where there's clear evidence of abuse — for example, buying, refunding, and re-buying the same kit repeatedly. This has never happened. We'd rather write it down than surprise someone with it later.
