What you're buying, and what you can do with it.
A licence to use every skill, prompt, and template in your own work and your clients' work. The only thing off the table is reselling the kits themselves.

What a purchase gets you
A perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the kit's contents — the skill files, prompts, templates, and documentation — for any purpose, including commercial work and client delivery. You may modify them freely and you don't owe attribution.
Purchases also include updates to that kit for as long as we publish them; new versions land at the same download link.
What you can't do
You may not resell, relicense, or redistribute the kits as products — packaged, repackaged, or as part of another product for sale. Using them to produce work you sell is fine and expressly encouraged; selling the kits themselves is not.
You may not publish the contents in full to a public repository or paste site. Quoting a portion in an article, talk, or teardown is fine.
Delivery
Kits are delivered by email as a download link immediately after payment. Links are valid for 7 days and can be reissued at any time — reply to your receipt and we'll send a fresh one.
If a download link fails, email hello@agentkitworks.com. We will always either deliver the file or refund you.
What we don't promise
These are tools, not outcomes. The kits are in active use on real revenue-generating work, and we describe what they do as accurately as we can — but we can't promise a specific result in your business, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of earnings, rankings, or reply rates.
The kits are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.
Third-party tools
Integration kits connect your agent to services we don't operate (Zyte, Xata, Wati, and others). You need your own account and API key for each, you're bound by that provider's terms, and their pricing and availability are outside our control. Kits never store, transmit, or log your credentials.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted here with a new date, and they never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
