What we collect, and what we don't.

What we collect

Your email address, if you subscribe for the free kit, request a kit we don't carry, or buy something. For purchases we also store the product and order reference so we can reissue downloads and honour refunds.

Anonymous usage analytics — pages viewed, rough traffic source, country — via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. This is aggregate, not tied to your name, and we use it to decide what to build next.

What we never see

Your card number, billing address, and payment details. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe; the details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.

Who else touches it

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery and list), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Google Analytics. Each processes data only to provide that service. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone, for any price.

Email

Subscribing gets you launch notes and occasional field notes. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is permanent unless you re-subscribe yourself. We don't run re-engagement campaigns at people who left.

If you request a kit we don't carry, we store the search term alongside your email so we can tell you when it ships. That's the only reason it's kept.

Your rights

Email hello@agentkitworks.com to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll action deletion within 30 days, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain about a transaction.

If you're in the EU or UK, this covers your GDPR access, rectification, erasure, and portability rights. Our lawful basis is contract for purchase data and consent for marketing email.

Cookies

Analytics cookies only — we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and run no retargeting pixels. Blocking them in your browser costs you nothing on this site.
